Ducati?s winter gains too small ? Rossi

Valentino Rossi reckons his current Ducati is little improvement over the 2010 bike - and thinks his lack of winter fitness is a major reason why the team is behind. The former champion has been suffering with a shoulder problem since a motocross crash almost a year ago, and had surgery during the off-season

Virgin was optimistic during pre-season testing that its performance had improved after a difficult debut season in Formula 1. Yet both Glock and new team-mate Jerome D'Ambrosio could only qualify on the back row for the Australian Grand Prix after struggling badly for pace.
